Waysemble helps groups compare possible trips using participant availability, budgets, constraints, preferences, and travel information. It is a decision-support tool, not a travel agency, booking service, tour operator, or insurer.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. By using Waysemble, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your credentials. Invitation links are intended for their recipient and must not be published or misused. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You remain responsible for the information you submit and must have the right to share it. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, harmful, or unnecessarily sensitive content. You allow us to process submitted information only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Results combine submitted answers, available flight quotes, estimated costs for other transport and, only when accommodation is included, stays, and deterministic scoring rules. Flight test data is not realistic until live provider access is enabled. At launch, accommodation is disabled: the displayed amount covers transport only and is not a complete trip budget. Accommodation must be budgeted separately. Results support a group discussion and do not guarantee the best option for every participant.

Travel prices and availability can change at any time and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify details directly with the relevant provider before booking. Any booking creates a separate relationship between you and that provider under its own terms.

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, automate abusive requests, impersonate others, or use Waysemble for unlawful purposes. We may limit activity that threatens participants or the service.

Waysemble is an evolving service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We will take reasonable care to preserve important user data during planned changes.

To the extent permitted by law, Waysemble is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. We are not responsible for travel-provider acts, changed prices, cancellations, travel decisions, or indirect losses. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, serious misuse, or repeated violation of these terms.
